4.促销折扣：type=order，and sku=xxx , sum(Promotional rebates) 如果是日本站 ：type=order and sku=xxx , sum(Amazonポイントの費用+プロモーション割引額)

5.退款：(type=Refund，and sku=xxx , sum(total)

6.佣金：type=order and sku=xxx , sum(selling fee) 

7.FBA配送费+佣金+其他订单费用 type=order and sku=xxx , sum(selling fees + fba fees + other) 

8.广告费：type=Service Fee，description=Cost of Advertising，sum(total)

9.FBA月仓储费 ：type=FBA Inventory Fee，description=FBA Inventory Storage Fee，sum(total)

10.FBA长期仓储费： type=FBA Inventory Fee，description=FBA Long-Term Storage Fee，sum(total)

11.销售税：type=order and sku=xxx , sum（product sales tax+shipping credits tax+giftwrap credits tax）
